World Languages
In an increasingly global world, it pays to understand one another.
And what better way to connect across cultures than by learning to speak a different language? In World Languages, you not only have the opportunity to learn to speak Spanish, German, or French*, you’ll also increase your awareness and understanding of another culture. For example, you might:
- Read selections of Spanish and Latin American literature
- Examine the cultural differences and similarities between France and the United States
- Learn to write and speak proficient German
You will emerge from your World Languages courses a more informed and reflective global citizen, one that will appeal to employers across all professions.
*Spanish I, II, and III are available in person and French I and II, and German I and II are only available online.
